Coupons and special offers apply to non-sale items only. Some coupons may not be combined with other offers. All coupons must be applied prior to completing checkout in order for the discount to be applied to your order.
Orders by Phone
We are happy to take your order by phone, though phone resources are limited and priority is given to online customers. You may be directed to voicemail — please leave a message and we will return your call.

2. Payment Methods
U.S. Customers
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via our secure online store. We also accept PayPal. All credit card orders must support AVS (Address Verification Service), which verifies that your billing address matches the address on file with your card issuer. Cards that do not support AVS will be declined. AVS is currently supported in the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
International Customers
We accept PayPal for international orders from eligible countries. Note: orders from PayPal accounts with unconfirmed addresses may be rejected.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Handling
Product Pricing & Specifications
All prices are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions and specifications are also subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped within the state of Colorado are subject to a combined state, county, and RTA sales tax of 4.9%.
Handling Fee
Orders totaling less than $5.00 in shippable merchandise are subject to a $0.95 handling fee to help offset processing and packaging costs. This fee does not apply to orders of $5.00 or more.
4. Domestic Shipping
Our Standard Ground method features a base shipping rate of $5.90, which increases based on order weight and bulk. Orders ship via FedEx Ground/Home or USPS First Class/Parcel/Priority — whichever offers the best available rate. Standard Ground orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
We process and ship most domestic orders within 1–2 business days of receipt. Overnight and next-day delivery are not currently available.
5. International Shipping & Customs
International orders typically ship within 3 business days. All orders ship FOB origin (Calhan, CO): once your order leaves our facility, title passes to you and you are responsible for all shipping charges and any freight claims.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees assessed by your country upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office if you have questions about your country’s import regulations.
All international shipments are declared as “Toy Model Airplane Parts” at their exact value. We comply fully with all U.S. Customs regulations and will not falsify customs documents under any circumstances — please do not ask us to do so.
Lost in Transit — International Orders
International shipments occasionally experience delays that resolve on their own within a few days. If your shipment appears delayed or stalled in tracking, we recommend first contacting your local postal agency — parcels are sometimes held in customs awaiting duty payment.
6. Shipping Insurance
All orders are insured for up to $100.00 against loss. Additional insurance is optional and must be purchased prior to checkout. If you do not purchase additional coverage, you assume all liability for any loss exceeding $100.00. Reimbursement will not exceed the lesser of your insured value or your order total including shipping.
7. Damaged, Lost & Missing Shipments
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect all items promptly upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damaged or missing items.
Order Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number. Domestic and international orders can be tracked at USPS.com or UPS.com. For international USPS shipments, once your parcel leaves the United States, final delivery is handled by your local postal agency — contact them with your tracking number for delivery status and any customs or duty information.
Filing a Damage Claim
Contact us within five (5) business days of receiving damaged goods to request a claim form. Return the completed form with all supporting documentation within 60 days of the shipment date. For lost parcels, you must wait 21 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) from the ship date before filing a claim.

8. Returns & Refunds
Unused merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned new, unused, in the original sealed package, and in resalable condition.
- Returns with incomplete, opened, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
- You must include a copy of your original invoice and a brief note describing the reason for the return.
- Returns for refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus our original cost of shipping.
- Special order items may not be returned.
Refunds and exchanges are issued at our sole discretion.
9. Kit Warranty & Defective Merchandise
Kit Warranty
Stevens Aeromodel guarantees all model kits to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover components damaged through use or modification. In no case shall Stevens Aeromodel’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the kit. Stevens Aeromodel reserves the right to modify this warranty without notice.
Because Stevens Aeromodel has no control over the final assembly or materials used by the builder, no liability is assumed for any damage resulting from use of the assembled product. By using the assembled product, the user accepts all associated liability. If you are not prepared to accept this liability, return the kit unused to the place of purchase.
Defective Merchandise
Please inspect all goods promptly upon receipt. Defective merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, new and unused, in original packaging. Include a brief description of the defect with your return.
Electronic Components
All electronic products are warranted by their respective manufacturers. If an electronic item has failed, is defective, or requires warranty service, please contact the manufacturer or distributor directly for support.
10. Lithium Polymer Battery Safety
The use of Lithium Polymer batteries in radio-controlled models is considered experimental. Discharge rates in RC use routinely exceed manufacturer-specified maximums; therefore no warranty, expressed or implied, applies to the capacity, cycle life, storage, or discharge characteristics of cells in RC applications.
Battery charging and discharging, electric motors, spinning propellers, and flying model aircraft all carry the potential for serious injury to persons and damage to property. In purchasing and using these products, the buyer agrees to accept full responsibility for all such risks and not to hold the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer — including their owners and employees — responsible for any accident, injury, or property damage.
11. Waiver & Release of Liability
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE that I understand that flying model aircraft is an extremely dangerous activity and may result in injury and or death, even when practiced by a competent pilot using proper equipment. I further acknowledge that I am aware of and understand the types of hazards and dangers, both real and hidden, involved in flying model aircraft and accept any and all of the risks of possible injury or death.
I understand that the model aircraft products manufactured and distributed by Stevens Aeromodel have not been designed, manufactured or tested to meet any federal or state government air-worthiness standards or regulations. I understand that flying model aircraft is an extremely demanding activity requiring exceptional levels of attention, judgment, maturity, and self discipline, requiring me to make a conscious and continual commitment to my own safety and the safety of those around me. In particular, I understand that gusty winds or turbulence may interfere with even an expert pilot’s ability to safely control flying model aircraft and thereby cause it to crash.
I HEREBY RELEASE, AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Stevens Aeromodel, the manufacturer, the distributor of the model aircraft product and their agents and employees for any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or death to myself or to any other person or property resulting from the use of these products and I further agree to waive, and not make any claim or file any suit based upon negligence, breach of warranty, contract or other legal theory.
This release, agreement to hold harmless and to indemnify shall be binding upon me, my legal representatives, heirs, legatees and assigns as well as upon all who may be dependent upon or entitled to my services, consortium or support. Should I breach this agreement by filing any such suit or making any such claim, I will pay all attorney fees and costs of the released parties.
I agree that this release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. All disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to this agreement shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in the State of Colorado, USA, to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country. If any part, article, paragraph, sentence or clause of this agreement is not enforceable, the affected provisions shall be curtailed and limited only to the extent necessary to bring it within the requirements of the law and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME all risks, known and unknown, of any injuries, personal or financial or of wrongful death, however caused, even if caused in part or in whole by the action, inaction or negligence of any of the released parties named above to the fullest extent of the law.
I represent that I am at least 18 years of age and I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, fully understand the potential dangers of engaging in flying model aircraft products from Stevens Aeromodel and am fully aware of the legal consequences of accepting this agreement. I understand and agree that this document is legally binding and will preclude me from recovering monetary damage from the above listed entities and or individuals, whether specifically named or not, for personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death or any other personal or financial injury sustained by me in connection with the use of any model aircraft product from Stevens Aeromodel.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY THE SELLER, DISTRIBUTOR OR MANUFACTURER, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL STEVENS AEROMODEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND DISTRIBUTOR’S REMEDIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF NONCONFORMING UNITS OR PARTS.
