Graced with nostalgic lines of free-flight models of yesteryear the Stevens AeroModel Rockette™ 100 makes for delightful indoor and small field flying.  Our version of this free-flight classic makes use of popular and widely available micro electronics –  Builders will enjoy this delightful modern laser-cut kit featuring: simplified tab and notch construction and unique interlocking flying surfaces.  The Rockette 100 builds quick, straight, and true thanks to these tooling processes pioneered by Stevens AeroModel.

Add the motor!

This long-can micro motor is an ideal power plant for our Rockette 100. Don't forget to add the corresponding gearbox listed below!

Add the gearbox!

This ultra-micro gearbox fits the Rockette 100 like a glove and receives popular 8.5mm ultra micro motors.

Add the propeller!

This E-Flite (EFL9051) propeller includes a rubber spinner and simply threads onto the output shaft of the PKZ3624 gearbox.

Add a battery extension!

This 3 in. custom battery extension will make it easier to install and remove the Rockette's battery between flights.

Required Electronics

Updated 03.10.2022 – Originally designed for the ParkZone 3351/3352 electronics, we’ve updated the design to be directly compatible with our SAR641 receiver.  If you still have the depreciated ParkZone electronics, they will still work just fine in this application.
