A little more than ten years ago Patrick del Castillo, an avionics engineer in the Kansas City area, decided that he could make a better electronic speed control for his fellow electric flight enthusiasts. He and his family made the controls in their home, often working from the kitchen table. One thing led to another and Castle has grown to be a leader in brushless control technology for hobby, military, and industrial applications. Patrick is still making controllers for his friends; he simply has many more worktables and thousands of friends around the world!
*Castle controllers and receivers are made in the USA using components sourced globally. Castle electric motors are made in China. |
