Author: K. Walker What a kit! I can't believe there is a stack of laser-cut parts nearly 3" thick! LOTS of formers and such! And your usual, and much appreciated, assortment of good-quality hardware. I was a little dubious at first at the $170 price, but now that I see the kit, I think it's WELL worth it! What a GREAT touch supplying the windshield not only cut to shape, but pre-drilled for retaining screws as well! Just one of the touches that justifiy the kit's price. I can see that you've done your usual great job in putting together a thorough and easy-to-follow manual. Well, I could go on and on, but I think that's enough for now! Congratulations on yet ANOTHER great kit.

Author: T. Syme Quite simply, this kit is phenomenal. Bill's creativity with the laser and attention to detail on this kit are unlike anything I have seen before, including his past offerings. He really took it to the next level with this one. As an example, he did the cutting for my original and used 14 sheets of wood in the process. This kit includes 29 sheets!
While it isn't scale, this kit reminds me a lot of the unbuilt Proctor kits I have seen. It has a lot of little details that most people would never think to include that really take it far beyond the norm. Sure, it costs more than an average kit, but this kit is definitely not average. I have to say, I honestly think it is a bargain, and expect most of his customers will agree once they have it in hand. I can't wait to get one and build it up.

Author: J. Pierson (E-Zone) Now this is the best lazer cut kit that I have ever built! And I have built Many!! ...any one that has always wanted to try a lazer cut kit, go for it, it is really fun and goes togeather so nice and easy! You can not build it wrong no way! You will love building this Airplane!!!

Author: D. Hipperson (E-Zone) For what looks like a relatively compex model the build is incredibly easy. I really have made no effort to hurry and yet in around 4 -5 hours of work much of the fuselage is completed and just as a change I constructed the tailplane, elevators, rudder and fin. Absolute Pleasure.
I thought that with that huge amount of instruction in the manual it might have been a bit time consuming but quite the reverse is true. As one might expect (now) from Stevens the fits are perfect and it all just slots together in the way you'd hope for in all kits.

Author: bassfisher (E-Zone) Got mine yesterday in the mail. Man what a great kit. Plus all the hardware that is with it. THe price is worth every penny. Already about 60% done with the fuse after about 3 hours of building. The laser cutting is outstanding and I'm just having a ball putting it together. Forgot how much fun kit building is!
