How much does it cost to ship product(s) "X" to my destination?

You do not have to log into, or create an account, to receive a shipping quote from our web site.

To receive a real time shipping quote:

  1. Add product(s) "X" to your shopping cart. 
  2. Proceed to the "View Cart" link (accessible from the link located in the top left of the web site header bar).
  3. From the "View Cart" page look for the "Destination:" heading (under your cart subtotal) and click the "Change" button. You will be prompted to enter the destination to ship your order to Click "Submit"

That's it! The new shipping rates/options will now be displayed in your shopping cart.

Do you offer overnight/next-day delivery?

Overnight delivery service is not available from our warehouse. Please plan ahead and allow a minimum of 5 business days to receive your order from Stevens AeroModel*. *International customers should allow extra time for customs processing.

I do not wish to provide my credit card details online. How do I complete my order on-line?

Stevens AeroModel does not require you to complete an order with a credit card at time of checkout but we do encourage you to GENERATE your order on-line.

Generating an on-line order ensures that you will receive the best possible pricing and service from Stevens AeroModel. As some special offers are only available to on-line customers generating an on-line order may save you money. By submitting an order on-line there are less likely to be communication errors that could reduce the order and shipping accuracy. Furthermore when you order on-line inventory sensitive items are reserved for you this allows our staff to hold, fill, and package your order for transit giving you the best possible shopping experience. 

You can generate an on-line order without providing a credit card by selecting any of the following payment methods at checkout:

"Phone Ordering" - Select this method to have our staff call you after your order has been placed to collect your Credit Card payment over the phone.

"Money Order" - Select this method to alert our staff to ready your order for shipment pending our reciept of your Money Order or Cashiers Check.  Please send your payment to the address located on the invoice that you will recieve at time of checkout.  

For either of the above methods, Stevens AeroModel will allow 10 business days to receive your certified funds or credit card information at which point the order will self-cancel.

Please note that It is vitally important that you actually submit your order and recieve confirmation of your order from our on-line store.  Screen grabs or print-outs of items in your shopping cart do not constitute a valid order and will not properly reserve pricing or products.  To sucessfully order on-line you need to complete the entire checkout process, providing a shipping address, valid payment method, agree to the store terms and conditions, and click "Submit Order"

If you are experiencing difficulties ordering on-line and require technical assistance, or you simply prefere to speak to a warm body please contact us and a staff member will be arrange to provide this support.

I live in the area and would like to save on shipping. Can I pick my order up from your warehouse?

To allow our staff to operate efficiently and provide the service and support that our customers have come to expect we are unable, at this time, to accommodate local pickup at our Calhan, CO warehouse. Without exception, all orders that originate at stevensaero.com will be shipped to the shipping destination. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
